Claims Tribunals under the Motor Vehicles Act were established. But so far there has been no standard book on the subject. Reporting of case law on the subject has been poor, but after the advent of the special journals like Accidents Claims Journal, the reporting is very good. It is a developing Law in the modern society and the necessity of such a book need not be stressed.
Author have included in the book the aligned subjects like Railways, Workmen’s Compensation Act., etc. Author hope the Bench, Bar and Public will appreciate the same.
