ABOUT THE BOOK

The present research represents an attempt to bring together into one volume a comprehensive array of newly collected subrogation statistics, a survey of current subrogation practices, some basic legal concepts and pertinent theoretical notions, and the author’s reflections on fundamental problems and issues associated with insurance subrogation. It is the writer’s hope that the book will provide a firm basis for further exploration.
