The law and practice of Marine Insurance, together with policy conditions, clauses and warranties is covered by many excellent standard and it would appear superfluous to clash with, or seriously to overlap these, Nevertheless the Hull Section of our business has no bookof its own. The purpose of this one is to explain its working, so that those who have some acquaintance with it may better realise its scope, and also, being as far as possible in simple language it is hoped to be able to provide an introduction fr strangers to our ways.
