This book on conflict management is a unique for educational institutions in general and higher and technical education institutions in particular. This book is equally useful for the teachers, students, and research scholars who are intensively involved in conflict management and conducting training programmes on conflict management. This book is divided in two parts.
Part one is based on research work on conflict management. It includes review of literature, methodology of conducting the research study, description of 12 case studies and their analysis, strategies to resolve conflict and suggestions for conducting research studies.
Part two is also based on research work on role conflict. It includes review of literature, methodology, types of role conflict felt by polytechnic teachers, its effect on individual performance and organization’s performance, strategies to resolve conflict and a model to resolve role conflict.
