The analysis part of the study is classified into five parts. The first part discuss the conceptual framework of the study. The second, Third and fourth parts gives the profile of the employees and organizational climate at banks, outcome of the organizational climate and linkage between antecedents and consequences of organizational climate in commercial banks respectively.
