This book has a conceptual orientation toward the use of structured finance and insurance by nonfinancial corporations and thus will be primarily of interest to corporate risk managers, treasurers, and CFOs, and those on the sell side who deal with corporate, including (re)insurers, insurance brokers, and investment bankers, Professional services firms and regulators with an interest in learning more about where insurance meets derivatives and where both meet the theory and practice of corporate finance should also find some useful material here. Financial institutions, asset managers, collateralized debt obligation (CDO) collateral managers, investors, and others might benefit from getting a bit of the corporate perspective, but only for that reasons.
