In the first two chapters, Author will establish the basic concepts for the book: chapter 1 defines high-need-for-achievement professionals and their particular traits and helps you determine where you fit within this category. Chapter 2 gives you the framework mentioned above and provides examples and information that will help you use it to your advantage.
Chapter 3 through 5 will make you aware of the basic anxieties that confront you and control you and control your behaviors in negative ways.
Chapters 6 through 9 outline the traps you may fall into as you respond to these different types of anxieties.
Finally, chapters 10 through 14 introduce a group of tools that assist you in dealing effectively with your anxieties and their related traps so that you can allow yourself to be vulnerable, grow, and change.
