The objects for which the society is established are:-
1. to establish and to carry on the administration and management of the national insurance academy
2. to plan, promote and provide for: education in insurance and other allied subjects for persons employed in the insurance industry or persons who may be sponsored by other organisations to equip them thoroughly in the principles and practice of insurance and other allied subjects: training in operations, techniques and management of insurance.
