This book is designed for management students interested in a global perspective of behavioural science as a systematic, interpretative account of human behaviour at work, and eager to explore applications of behavioural science to solutions of current problems in Indian organisations. It also attempts to provide an understanding of the global perspective on human behaviour at work by analysing the prevailing situation in different cultural settings namely Asian, European and that of the United States.
