The WIRC Reference Manual is one of the most sought after compilation which is brought out containing the essential information as may be required by either a Chartered Accountant in practice or a Member in Industry or for that matter every student. It is with great pleasure that I present this WRC Reference Manual, 2010-11.

The global economy has become an integral part of our profession and it is with this background that this compilation has been brought out. The Government of India frequently updates the various laws and we have tried our best to revise the information as on date.
