The aim of this is to examine and explain the cover given by a modern public liability policy and some of the more popular extensions to it which are in common use. In part author dealt at length with some of the points which in practice give rise to difficulties. The book is concerned with wordings and cover only and no attempt has been made to deal with underwriting aspects. It is intended primarily for the official for whom public liability insurance forms but a part only of his daily work and particularly insurance brokers from whom the request for such a book first came.
