This book is the collaborative effort of academics, researchers, administrators and activists who have tried to look into all the relevant aspects like concepts, dimensions, laws, rules, regulations, practices, problems and possible solutions thereto in relation to consumer issues.
Besides dealing with the general aspects, some of the contributors also have focused on the ground realities in different states on India with special reference to Mizoram, the tiny state situated in the remotest corner of the North-east. It is the first such attempt in relation to the hill state.
