The objective of Part I is to remove the perplexity introduced by the plethora of writings in the management field and present a conceptual framework within which the reader can draw upon the benefits of the various schools of management thought.
Part II immediately exposes the reader to Planning and Decision Making.
Part III therefore deals with the principles of dynamic organizing and the implications of adequate staffing including the importance of maintaining a talent pool and effective training.
Part IV covers the dynamics of leadership, motivation and efficacious communications.
Part V- is concerned with ensuring that events to conform to the plans.
