This book offers some recipes for HR transformation. To make HR transformation work in your organization, you will have to adapt ingredients and improvise your own original HR transformation recipe. To flesh out the principles and tools for HR transformation, authors have divided the book into two parts. In part 1, authors propose the four-step HR transformation model and resent principles and tools for how to design and deliver a HR transformation.
