In this “book” most chapters are summarised at the end, and the summary is followed by reproducing questions from the past three years examination papers relevant to the topic covered by the chapter. Some questions of course ask the student to bring in aspects of a number of topics, but the inclusion of the questions will help you to identify the particular aspects of the course which the examiner is seeking to test by the wording of the question. It is worth repeating that one frequent reason for marking down, or failing a paper is that the examinee has not written an answer relevant to the question.
