In Package One of this Training Technology Programme we examined the systematic approach to designing a course. Authors followed through the various steps which are necessary to design training which is both efficient and effective.
So Package One provides a basis for the material which we are going to look at in Packages Two, Three and Four.
In these Packages author are focusing on methods of training and on the implementation of training. An overview of these topics was made in Component 8 of Package One.
