Summary |
The purpose of the present volume is to provide a practical handbook, based on a revision of the Journal articles, to assist in the interpretation of the provisions of the policy contract. To insure that the volume would be functional and authoritative, great care was taken in planning the scope and physical organization.
The book is organized to present the various topics pertaining to the policy contract in the sequential order in which they are frequently faced by insurance men, attorneys, and students. A coordinated system of headings, foot-note references, a detailed table of contents, a table of cases, and a topical index should further insure the usability of the book. A specimen policy contract is included in the Appendix for reference purpose.
