Summary |
The work itself bears all the marks of a record of real experience carefully registered in all its daily forthcoming detail questions with their achieved solutions.
The “Calculations,” although being the third part of the Elements of Reinsurance Technique, has been written as an independent study which does not require the knowledge of the previous parts, the “Statics” and the “Dynamics”. However, the interested reader may hardly wish to dispense with tracing back the previous studies, even though these are of a more theoretical character.
