Part 2 (chapter 4 to 9) is a comparison of most of the BMS currently in force around the world. Thirty different systems, from twenty-two countries, are simulated, under the Poisson assumption. The main goal of the part is to rank all systems according to an Index of Toughness.
Part 3 (chapter 10 to 14) aims at constructing an ideal or optimal system, defined as a BMS that is obtained with Bayesian analysis.
Part 4 (chapter 14 and 15) author investigate the consequences of the introduction of a straight deductible and compare them to bonus-malus rating.
