This volume is prepared in the same style in which volumes I and III are prepared. It is divided in Chapter and Chapters are sub-divided in paragraphs. The paragraphs are arranged alphabetically in each Chapter and the Synopsises are given at the beginning of each Chapter.
This volume deals with Insurance, Preliminaries of Insurance, Insurance Claims. Specially Claims relating to Burglary Insurance, Emergency Risks (Factory) Insurance, Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance, Employees State Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Marine Insurance, Miscellaneous Insurance and Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) etc. To increase the utility of this volume, the Life Insurance Corporation Act and the Marine Insurance Act are also added.
