ABOUT THE BOOK

This book has as its basis the Educational Section covering Life, Fire, Accident and Marine Insurance which the author contributed to the Insurance Record in 1927. It is fully appreciated that some of the subjects discussed in the book, such as Common Fire Hazards and Engineering Insurance, from very technical features, but for general purposes it has been thought desirable to cover as wide a ground as possible.
