ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is written in the belief that corporate collapse is a proper subject for study. The purpose of making the study is plain and simple. It is to try to learn what it is that causes perfectly healthy companies to collapse. If we can understand this mechanism perhaps we could then find some way of preventing their collapse or alleviating it or maybe even reversing it.
